RETURN OR EXCHANGE POLICY!
Since we prefer satisfying our customers and earn their trust, we offer a Return & Exchange policy on all the products. You may either return or exchange the purchased product within 30 days of the delivery date for a full Store Credit. Like that, you have stress free shopping experience at the same time as making sure that the process is hassle free.
The Return OR Exchange shall only take place if the product is returned to us in an unworn and undamaged state with original tags and packaging.
IN CASE OF SUBSTANDARD GOOD
If you find our product to be substandard, or it’s not exactly what you ordered, you can always return or exchange it for full Store Credit. Please note; the product must be returned in its original packaging and unused condition. That means all the documents or tags included in the initial product should be returned as well with the product.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REGARDING RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you plan to return the item back, then the cost of shipment will have to be paid by the customer. There is no repayment for the postage or packaging charges. When returning, the package must be packed neatly and shipped back using a reliable source. That source must have a tracking system. It ensures that product will reach us and can easily be traced.
